While most patient portal messages with your care team are free, responses that require medical expertise and more than 5 minutes of your clinician’s time may be billed to your insurance.
Please note: Your patient portal message may not be read for 3 business days. Our staff and clinicians review patient portal messages when the office is open. Do not send patient portal messages for emergencies.
After Hours Calls
After Hour Emergency calls from patients will automatically be charged as a Virtual Visit.
Holidays
The office will be closed on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the Day After Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.
