Making an appointment may be done by calling our office. Our services are available to all who seek them. You may become our patient either by making the appointment yourself or through a physician referral. We strive to keep waiting time for an appointment to a minimum.

Office Hours
Our office is open Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. The phone lines are open from 8:30am - 4:00 pm, and closed over lunch.
Parking
Visitors should park in the Blue Parking garage - entrance on George Mason Drive. Parking fees are $4/day (includes complimentary valet parking on level P1), but no charge if less than 30 minutes. Parking map
Public Transportation
Accessible by Metro-Orange Line (Ballston Metro). From Ballston Metro station take the Arlington Transit (ART) Bus Route 51-52. (Bus Schedule)
We acknowledge that your time is as valuable as our time; and that your time is not more valuable than the other patients being seen.
We would like to reassure you that "overbooking" more than one patient for a particular time slot is NOT part of our routine. The appointment that is scheduled is reserved for you only. It is our goal to see you at the time of day for which your appointment was made. Obviously unforeseen issues do occur in a medical practice that cannot be avoided or predicted. We apologize in advance should this happen on the day of your appointment and will attempt to contact you.
We also ask for your cooperation – if you know that you will be late – that you call the office to let us know. We may ask you, in that situation to either reschedule or come at the end of the day, because when a patient arrives late for an appointment time, the entire schedule for the remainder of the day is pushed back and inconveniences all the patients that follow.
We understand that emergencies and special needs can occur, we request that should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment that you provide as much notice as possible in order for us to enable another patient to see our doctors. Please see our office policy regarding cancellations.
